The company was founded in 1987 and started off in a double garage in Village Main in the heart of Johannesburg.
Over the past number of years the company has grown to become one of the leaders in the manufacture of waste and recycling containers. Through the owners' vision the company has slowly geared itself towards new technology to promote a product with its main emphasis being not only on quality but also to be cost effective to the end user.
The company's sustained and steady growth rate over the past few years has created employment within the local labour force. It facilitates the needs and expectations of its current workforce of over 100 employees and continually strives for better working conditions and a cleaner environment to work in.
As a result of its steady growth and to accommodate increased production the company moved premises to Alberton North during 2003.
In 2008 the company again moved, this time to Alrode where the yard space of 20 000 square meters allows the company to maintain stock levels of skip containers at a minimum of 200 at any one given time.
The new factory in Alrode has been designed specifically to manufacture waste bins at an increased productivity rate. With the extra available factory space of over 1 500 square meters which results in a total under cover area of 4 000 square meters the company can accommodate a substantial increase in orders. We are also in the process of building four specialized items of equipment that will drastically reduce the manufacturing cost of the end product. This saving will eventually be passed onto the end user in the not too distant future.
With this positive strategy in mind it is anticipated that the company will continue to expand in the years ahead.
